Once a review has been left for a supplier, you are unable to change it. If the supplier has a premium listing, you will be able to add an update to your post.
Please contact us with the name and email address or website of the review you wish to cancel. You may wish to copy and paste your comment if this supplier has several reviews on their page.
We accept debit and credit card payments via Stripe. If you wish to send a payment via bank transfer, please contact us (annual payments only).
Should you choose to cancel your subscription, just email us at hello@oraandora.com and we will take care of this for you. Note that you can choose to cancel your paid subscription and maintain your free profile or remove your profile completely. Please let us know which option you would prefer. No refunds are made on cancellation of your subscription.
Once logged in, click on the "Edit Your Listing" link on the top menu bar. You will be automatically directed to your listing area where you will be able to update and edit your information. Don't forget to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Once logged in, click on the "Edit Your Listing" link on the top menu bar. Once inside your listing area, next to "Listing Type" there is the option to upgrade.
Not all reviews will be complementary but hopefully any negative comments will be few and far between. With our premium listings, you will have the option to respond to reviews. If you believe a review on our site is not from a client who has used your services, please contact us.
Once logged in, click on the "Edit Your Listing" link on the top menu bar. Once inside your User listing area, you will see options to add either a new area or category. Note that this function is only available to Premium profiles.
